Paying over a half year but no premium

Hey guys,

I am paying over a half year (maybe a full year now) for premium but my account doesnt get access to premium mode. I would love to post you some account informations but this is public and no "service email adress" is provided, so I can't atm. So my question: Why I don't get my full account? ( I don't want to create a new one because of stored stuff like playlists)
