Paying twice each month

Hello,
I have spotify premium for quite some time. I was changing job, I've got new number and email and my spotify account didn't work anymore. I've made a new one which my husband pays each month and I've though that I'll be able to cancel mine. I've wrote you email and you've told me that I should send you cofirmation from paypal which is not possible, because I'm paying it each month straightly from my account. I've canceled the payment on my bank acount but now my spotify app is telling me that it has problem with payment so I don't know what to do. I don't have email adress from which it was confirmed, I wan't spotify, bit I don't want to keep paying it twice. Don't know where to send payment information because there is no email to write to. So what?

@Janulinka Hey there, subscription issues are particularly frustrating.

 

I would suggest contacting the support team again with as much detail as you can, including the updated information (if it says to seek out community help first, respond to that email saying you have and a support member should get back to you ASAP)!
