Paying twice for one account

Hi

 

My bank statement is showing two payments for Spotify premium per month - for many months and I only have one account.  My Itunes statement only shows one payment.  I have the only family itunes account making payment.  

 

Please can somebody rectify this.

We'd recommend checking this guide. It might help you find out why you were double charged.

 

Let us know if you have other questions. 

This did not answer the problem. There is only one account and the charges
are on different days

Is anyone able to deal with this issue or should I contact my bank? It seems the moderator is most likely a bot that will just pick up key words and refer me to other messages. I need to speak to a human please
