Paying twice

Please can I have contact details for the accounts team? I have posted about this before without success but I am paying twice per month for my subscription. Please DO NOT refer me to the standard guide on this which is irrelevant as:
1. This has been happening for about a year (so not just a first month accrual issue) and
2. There are no other family accounts linked to my bank account.

Help would be appreciated.

These are the best ways to contact Spotify but be aware there maybe a slight delay to responses depending on the number of incoming support requests usually no longer than 72 hours (3 Days) You may also get a automated reply saying to check the Community - If you do drop a reply 🙂

Please can you link me to the much talked about contact form rather than just the generic page that has hundreds of useless answers to issues that are irrelevant and no actual way of contacting you?

I don't have several hours spare time trying to find the right option.

The online contact form that @EthanS1 linked (here it is again) is what you need 🙂 If it tries to redirect you to help pages or the Community, all you have to do is click I STILL NEED HELP.
