Paying two premium subscriptions

My husband and I are pay for two subscriptions for 9.99 monthly which total to 20.00 monthly we should be charged only the the 9.99 for the family plan it comes out the one PayPal account. If this is not correct I have no choice but to terminate our membership.

Sorry to hear about this problem.

To me it sounds like you are paying a premium subscription for each account.

9.99 is the price for a single premium account. If you are on the family plan the cost should be around 14.99 a month which is the price for 2 accounts. The family plan is just one payment a month, not two.

I suggest to login to your account page here to check the status of both accounts to double check if you are on the family plan
