Paying via O2 AND with a repeated card payment for 16 months 😭

Paying via O2 AND with a repeated card payment for 16 months 😭

Premium Account. UK. 


I've somehow only just realised that I've had a repeating monthly card payment running for 16 months whilst also paying for my premium account via my O2 mobile contract. 


Leads me to believe I may have two accounts running.. But I can't find details for a second account anywhere and have no idea what email address I would have used to set it up. 


Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out. In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to Spotify's Customer Support team here. Hopefully, they'll be able to help you locate the account that you're being charged for and help you cancel the Premium subscription. If you'd like to ask for a refund of the Premium time, I'd recommend checking out Spotify's refund policy here.
