Paying with credit card - Info box doesnt load

Hi,

Trying to upgrade to premium, but when I select paying by credit card, the section to actually input your card details doesnt load - just does that irritating turning wheel thing. When I press the "start my spotify premium" button it just tells me that I haven't entered all my credit card details, because the box hasnt loaded.

 

Anyone else had/resolved this issue?

It really depends on the browser. Sometimes, the browser you're using may not have the right permissions. I need to know what browser you are using so I may be able to help further.

I tried to pay for premium on mozilla and chrome but it does the same thing. Just keeps on loading no matter if I try to change to paypal or card number. If I click "start my spotify premium" nothing happens. Its just stuck like that. I deleted cookies I tried to restart my pc. Do I need to download more browsers to try and make it work? I really wanted premium. 😞

Clear your browser cache and then try again but this time with Incognito Mode.

This problem is not solved. I am having the same issue. I get the spinny thing with the credit card option. I tried incognito mode in both Chrome & Firefox and neither work. Does someone have a real solution.

Using different browsers doesn't work, I've tried multiple and that same screen pops up. I've also tried it on both my laptop and my phone and either way it shows the spinning loading symbol. Really would like to get my premium account back.

hi


when trying to upgrade to the duo premium it will not give me the option to pay by credit card. The box just loads the mobile payment option. Very frustrating

Can you try in a private/incognito window?

Another useful step is to try with another browser.
