Paying without knowing the account

Hi, my dad is paying for a monthly spotify subscription, but he doesn't know what account he's paying for. The account he's logged in on on his phone is a free account, and with his age he has a bad habit of forgetting the very many emails he has and that he's used over the last few years. Is there a way to cancel this subscription via his bank or something?

Hi there!

If your father is unsure which email he used, I’d recommend having a quick scan of the email accounts he owns for emails from ‘hello@spotify.com’. That way he can determine which one he used to sign up for Spotify with.
