Payment Charges

To whom it may concer, 

I was charged $119.99 from spotify yesterday. I am not sure why this is as when i went in to my subscriptions and it is saying that I am being charged just $9.99 per month. I am having a terrible time trying to reach someone to help me understand why I was randomly charged such a higher rate?

I would like someone from spotify to reach out to me via email that is connected to my account, as none of your online contact help links are working.
