Payment Failure ????

Dear ones

 

Last month I cancelled my premium subscription through the website but this month I went to cancell it again few days ago as I received an email saying that payment for premium has failed etc.... And today I had yet another one asking for payment etc... Can you please update my account info properly?? My account info says I'm on free, but I'm receving those payment failure emais along with "Upgrade to Premium" messages.... Messy
