My name is Laura Rhodes a Premium Customer of Spotify , email:  laura*****@yahoo.com.

I recently received a message that you could not withdraw payment for my subscription from my account.

 

Let me explain why: I bank account was recently compromised and the bank has put a lock on my account until Jan 3, 2012.  At that time I will have to get an entire new account established and I will be sure to supply you with all the new information required to withdraw payment for my subscription.  

 

I am very sorry for this inconvenience.But please bear with me...Spotify has become a major part of my music experience and I would hate to lose my subscription with you.

Hi Laura - Thanks for your message. We can provide you with some more info about your subscription. However, it's best if iwe discuss it over email rather than on the forum (you want to avoid sharing private info on public threads).
