I'm trying to update my payment method, and I've tried with three cards, all active, and Spotify is telling me that it's unable to process it. I can't contact anyone through Spotify, and it's not on my bank's side. Any ideas?
Thanks for the reply. This did not help. I have confirmed twice with my bank now that there is nothing on their end. I have also tried two differwnt browsers, both with cleared caches, and it is still giving me the same message. My subscription has been suspended, and I would like to get this resolved ASAP
Well, in this case then I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify staff - simply drop them a line on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply.
Support usually gets back within a day or two.
