Payment Not working

Hi,

I am creating multiple accounts for personal reasons and would like some help with the below accounts, in regards to premium subscription payments.

RDGRA04 DIDN'T WORK

RDGRA05 DIDN'T WORK

RDGRA06 DIDN'T WORK

RDGRA07 DIDN'T WORK

RDGRA08 DIDN'T WORK

RDGRA10 DIDN'T WORK

RDGRA11 DIDN'T WORK

As per the above the first 3 accounts worked, for the last 8 accounts I have tried to make a payment to subcribe to Premium with my Spotify Account and the card is not being accepted, I even tried a second card and it still failed, I have also confirmed with AMEX and they do not have see a problem on their end.

Can you please confirm that I am able to sign up to premium though a credit card?
