Payment Problems

My credit card isn't being accepted. When I enter (the correct) credit card information, I get an error message saying:

  • "Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."

I've done some troubleshooting and made sure that my acct is in the right country, etc. Anyone else having this issue?

Hey @user-removed,

 

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.
 
Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)

Yes having the same problem credit card processor is having a bad day. I have tried 3 different cards---same messeage. oops spotify is losing business!!!!!!!!

If you haven't called already, try calling your credit card issuing bank as they may be blocking a foreign transaction.
