Payment and country settings

I am trying to suscribe to premium account but as my country and postcodes are wrong my Visadebit card doesnt go through. How can I change my country. Thanks much ofr your help.

Hi, when if you go to the payment/billing page, the text at the top will provide a link to change your country 🙂
