Payment cancellation

I signed up for the student discount  $5.99 a month, not realising you had to be in a college or uni. I’m in High school. I haven’t got an account but my bank details were listed and ths money has been taken from my account. I would like to cancel my payment if I can

Hi @Sethmac1230! Unfortunately, if the money has already been taken from your bank account, I do not think that you can cancel the payment. You can, however, cancel your subscription to avoid being charged in the future. This support article should help you out with that. I hope that helps!
