Payment challenges

Every month I am told there is a problem with my billing details, and asked to change my card details. And every month I re-enter the same card and details and all is well. There is money in my account, I pay other bills without problems - but still I have to go through this every month. On top of this I can't get hold of the ones that deal with this, but is sent here. Anyone that have the same experience, and maybe a solution?

Fret not! Payments challenges are often seen when your bank doesn't register something as an authorized entity. Try contacting the bank and see if they can release any holds or deauthorizations that spotify may incur in trying to renew your account. Hope this helps!
