My Question or Issue

For some reason, Spotify is declining payment, even if the correct card details are used, and the account has sufficient funds. I receive SMS from my card company saying that the payment is being reversed back to my card. I have used two different cards, but still get the same error.

I'm here to help. Could you try following the steps provided in this support article? If that doesn't help, send me a screenshot of the error message you're getting. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

I already followed all the instructions on the article prior to posting here in the community. I already felt a bit of a frustration, cos I never encountered error before.

Thanks for following those steps. Could you also get in touch with your bank to see if it's something on their side? Also, let me know what steps you've tried exactly so I don't have to repeat any steps.
