Payment details not saved

Hi,

after I changed from Premium to Family Plan, I have log in and enter card details for payment, the details are not saved...  What happens

That's odd. Are you getting any error messages? If so, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing.

 

After this, we'd recommend checking the following requirements.
