I just pre paid my subscription in a "Oxxo" but my account is still on pause

The payments through Oxxo take up to 72 hours to process.

I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end, and to provide you better assistance.

 

You may also reach them through their twitter account @SpotifyCares, or through their Facebook page.
