Dear Friends,


I am trying to upgrade to family membership my premium accoung  but system doesn't accept the credit card.  I have created an account from facebook and the name on the facebook and credit card is different. I think that because of this it doesn't accept my credit card. I tried it with different credit cards but It doesn't work also. I tried to change my account name but it is also not allowed.


Do you have any experience like this? Do you have any recommendation?

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
