Payment fail

Hi I got e-mail saying that Spotify failed to charge me via credit card I previously used, and therefore I tried to change it to Paypal. However, the paypal authorization process always stocked at a stage after I click "agree and pay". I tried to change my country to see whether I can solve this issue, but now I cannot select my intended package, which is NTD149/month. Instead, I can only choose to use family plan starting from 223.5/month.

 

Please kindly help on this issue, thanks!

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
