My Question or Issue

My payment failed and I can no longer sign in with my email or username to update my payment method! How can I update if I can't sign in?

Hey @gerolstammer,

 

A failed payment shouldn't prevent you from signing in.
Please double-check your login credentials (and maybe if your account is connected to Google/ Facebook etc.) and then try logging in and processing the payment from an incognito browser window 🙂
