Payment failed when trying to subscribe to premium

i have added my card info and everything but it wont let me subscribe ive called the bank emiled spotify support and tried numerous ways to fix this and still nothing. please someone help me with this issue.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

If you emailed support, did you reply to the automated response? Once you do that, it will be sent over to Spotify.

If you have done that and still not got a response, let me know your case number and I'll escalate it to get the staff to chase it up for you.
