Hello, 

I tried to get student account yesterday and you charged me twice. Today I got the massage You confirmed that I am officially approved college or university student. However, the link in this mail didn't work. It says: "payment failed" but I already paid twice and my account is still free.

Hey! 

Sorry this has happened I've had to deal with these issues myself! What I did was email support@spotify.com a screenshot of my payment confirmation and explained the issue and they cleared it up right way! Hope this helps!
