Payment failing then error recovering my playlist

Hi

 

When I try to recover deleted playlist I always get the error "Si e verificato un errore durante il recupero della playlist eliminata. Riprova piu tardi." 

(Note: accents on vocals from original message removed because your site doesn't accept them.)

 

All my playlist are gone after the payment was failing due to a new credit card. Then I have done a new payment/setup with the same user name.

 

How can I recover all my playlists ?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
