Payment failure and I still got charged

Payment failure and I still got charged

I tried to subscribe to family premium and when I entered my credit card info it said that there was a problem with my payment method or bank and that I shouldnt be worried and that I wasnt going to get charged for it, and right after that I check and I was charged for it and I still dont have premium let alone family premium, help...

Hey @beto_s92,

 

Please check if its a pending charge.

 

The pending charge is a part of your bank’s authorization process.

 

As the transaction(s) have not completed, you won't get billed. The authorization will expire and the funds will be returned shortly.

@Maximapple How do I check if it's a pending charge? Everytime a charge is made I get a text message letting me know how much was charged and who charged it, I got the text saying I got charged 150MXN from Spotify 😕

Maybe you can check that in the dashboard of your bank account - If not, maybe just call your bank and tell them to check if its a pending charge.
