Payment failure

Hello,

I have had a family premium account for over a year and a half, but today I've received an email saying that Spotify was unable to get payment. I updated the credit card details with 5 different cards and despite the fact that each had more than enough balance, they all got declined. I canceled the premium subscription as suggested in the faq article, but it didn't work, so now we're all out of premium subscriptions. Anyone got any tips?

Don't worry, we're here to help.  Can you make sure if your payment card meets these requirements? Also, can you try doing your payment by using an incognito window on Google Chrome?

Hey. Thanks for the help, however, I am still unable to complete the payment. Tried incognito tab and the suggestions given in the article. Appreciate the effort.

In this case, it'd be best if you reach out to your bank to make sure your card meets all the requirements listed in the article we sent.

 

You can also try with a different payment method to see if it works.
