hey, i used to be premium but i had to cancel my subscription, now i want to upgrade again with the same credit card (dont have problem with my bank) and i cant, can you help me with that or what i should do?

Hey @lfgallom

 

Are you seeing any error messages or notifications when attempting to re-subscribe? I'd suggest try clearing your browser cookies/cache or use a different browser to see if that helps.

Is this the message you are talking about,when trying to make a payment,to upgrade to premium.  (You need to enable Javascript in order to proceed through the purchase flow).

 

I am using Firefox.
