Payment issue with Globe

I had no choice but to go back to free as I cannot open the app. Now I am trying to update payments for 3 days straight and the error on the pic just shows up 😩

Have the exact same problem. Already went to Globe about it but they have not helped at all, been having this problem for 3 days now.

No, it's not a community member. It's the payment method that processes your Spotify payment through your mobile phone bill. Since you're having issues paying through them, it's best to reach out to them through the link I provided to you, and they'll help you out.
