  1. I have a spotify premium subscription that I was suppose to be charged 9.99 for on October 15th. The charge appeared on my credit card, was authorized, then disappeared. Talked with Discover who told me it was nothing on their part and that Spotify reversed the charge. Help me! I'm so confused! I have a receipt for the payment in my spotify receipts section of my account. If someone doesn't contact me I'm going to delete my account permanently. This customer service is horrible! Why isn't there a customer service phone number?
