I was trying to purchase spotify family with credit card but receiving the same response all day "try later or try another method" something like that. So I purchased from Steam a game, just to see if it was a problem with my credit card, and no, it is not. I am using Mastercard's Nubank credit card, and I know Nubank is a new bank in my country, so it could be this the problem?

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.
Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
