Trying to renew a subscription. None of my payment methods are updating. Both credit card and Paypal are valid. Receiving the below error all the time.

Also the payment page is leading to a 404: https://support.spotify.com/de/account_payment_help/troubleshooting/

Just to clarify, are you trying to change your existing payment method? Can you try it on another device or in an ingocnito window?

i have same problem on him but the payment method i choose was the mobile network(GLOBE).
