My known working VISA debit card is being repeatedly rejected on your payment system for 2 days now. Tried all other cards, AMEX, etc... all failed on your site. Incredibly frustrated... FAMILY account so all family is locked out ALL WEEKEND. My weekend time spent on hold with banks to confirm they are NOT blocking the transaction. NO SPOTIFY phone support... and hours spent on the road without my music. There's poor customer support... and then there is a FAILING grade. Not having the ability to take a customers money AT ANY TIME is totally ridiculous. I cannot wait to hear back from you regarding this matter and how you plan to do right by a long time fan of your service.
