Payment not processed

Is there a way to get in touch with Spotify customer service? I receive messages that my payment cannot be processed, apparently because my card is expiring soon. However the payment has been processed normally but it's a different card so the problem seems to be at Spotify's end. Would like to avoid losing my playlists!

You can contact Spotify Customer Support for your problem by following this link and starting with the 'Subscription' button.

 

If you have any other questions, feel free to post them in the community! 🙂

 

P.S. If your account changes to Free, you will not lose your playlists unless you delete them...
