Hi, I have an account in the Netherlands by KPN. Spotify says now that I no longer have paid and that I should contact KPN. I did that and they say that nothing has changed on my subscription. What to do now? I can not speak of spotify. I left a message at the contact form. Now I get an email that my spotify premium subscription ends in 2 days!!!

 

Please help!
