Payment of the account does not work :(

Hello spotify team,

I would like to ask for your help on the premium account payment. I checked all the rules of the payment by card on your support page, however, even with everything being right, the payment does not work. The page tells me that I have problems with the bank, though there are none.

The card has money, is not blocked, country corresponds to mine in the profile - is there still any way to be able to pay?

I just really want to listen to the music offline 🙂

Thanks for coming to the Community.


If you’ve tried all of the tips here, I’d recommend trying again once more (from a desktop device), in a different browser/incognito window.


If that doesn’t help, Support should be able to look at this in more detail for you 🙂

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
