Can i pay for someone else account without logging in too their account?

This is not possible.

You need to have them login to their account so they can enter your credit card details.

Or if they are available in your country, you can buy them a gift card or an online gift card here:

https://www.spotify.com/gift-card/

Note: Gift cards can only be redeemed in the same country they are bought in
