Hello,

 

Is there a way to contact someone at Spotify to fix my payments? I have changed the credit card details in my account, and they are correct there, but it is still coming off of a different credit card. Please help!

Hey there @sherylh96 and welcome to the community!

 

That is odd. Could you have a dublicate account or a second Spotify Premium you could be paying in that card? In any case, you can use the contact form to get a folk from Spotify to look further into this. Just make sure to reply to the automated email you'll receive after you've sent the form, even if it's a no-reply! Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours.
