So, after having read so many articles, I still have not found anyone to have asked the following question:

Everyone knows that the prices for premium accounts vary in different countries. The question is, can I pay with a UK debit card, for example, the amount which a person from Turkey would pay(rounds up to abount 3.something euro) which is way,way,way cheaper, compared to here, in England?

The price is tied to the country on your Spotify account.

Both the country on the account and the country of the credit card have to match for the subscription to be approved.

So to answer your question, there is no way to do this.
