Payment problem/ Ödeme sorunu

Premium üyeliğim olmasına ve banka kartımdan ödeme alınmasına rağmen hiçbir şeyi değiştirmediğim halde bu ay ödeme alınamadı ve premium üyeliğimi iptal edip tekrar denemek zorunda kaldım. Fakat önceden ödeme aldığı kart, şimdi kabul edilmiyor. Ne yapmalıyım?

Despite I have a premium account and payment from my bank card, although I did not change anything, payment is not received this month. And I had to cancel my premium subscription and try again but the card is not accepted now. What should I do?
