Payment problem

Now i get yearly preminum account 2 days ago. (App did not suggest monthly membership.)
And spotifty take the money from my credit card.
Today? I cant listen the music, It says please upgrade your account to preminum.
(Actually i forget, 2 days ago i paid 180 Turkish Liras to spotify). And i upgrade the my account to monthly ( I dont know, when app suggest the plans it was include monthly plan too. i selected it).

After 5 mins i remember i paid the yealry.
and i cancel the my monthly membership from account options.

Now i have free account i think.

So, where is the my yearly payment?

Sorry for my english. Im try to explain. And i can try again.
(btw i can show the credit card extract.)

Delete the app and reinstall. once you log back in Spotify will recognize your payment status/premium. Also you can try using desktop version and it too will show if you have premium. If you did cancel your subscription your credit card will be credited.
