Payment problem

I have problem with spotify about payment. Firstly I changed my card but I forgot to uptade payment details and now I cant access this page. Can you give me some advise about that.

I want to start the free trial for 30 days. When paying with PAYPAL an error occurs and the transaction does not go.
My country registered in my PayPal account coincides with the country registered in my account of Spotify (Dominican Republic). My PAYPAL account is verified and I buy regularly on ebay.
