Payment submited to my creditcard, but I still not able to use the premium features

Hey there, I'm brazilian and I just finished the subscription on spotfy to be able to use the student discount and premium features. I sent the document of university enrollment with the emission date.

The problem is that the payment was discounted from my credit card and I still don't have the premium features. How much time does it take?

Sorry about my english. I write with no dictionary or translator helper.

Try logging out of your account and logging in and see if you have premium.
