Payment succeeded, but Premium subscription isn't working

Payment succeeded, but Premium subscription isn't working

I bought a 129 subscription plan and the money was debited, but the subscription isn't working. Why? Tell me now.

Sorry to hear you're having this experience. But don't worry, because we're here to help 🙂
First, could you please double-check on your account overview website if it's everything right with your subscription? I also suggest you check your receipts page in other to confirm if your subscription was set.

If your subscription isn't being shown on your account page for any reason, but you're sure that the payment was debited, it is worth double-checking if you subscribed to Premium through the correct Spotify account.
