Payment taken from account but not subscribed

I tried signing up fo spotify student discount and it had me put in my card details and said it would not charge me until i proved eligible, however i clicked out of the tab and it refreshed before i could determine if I was eligible and the money has been removed from my account but I haven't received premium. Help

Just to confirm, do the payments show as pending in your bank statement? If so, you can find more info here.

In the meantime, keep an eye on your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for an email from SheerID.

I have the same problem, the charge was made but it did not allow me to continue the activation because the school is not present

Payments are not pending but concluded

This has also happend to me it seems they are charging me for premium through my mobile telephone providor and i am unsure how to stop / return my transactions.
