My Question or Issue

 My Spotify payment was taken out of my Monzo account and then also from my hsbc account. I have never given Spotify my Monzo account details! Why was my payment taken twice? How do I get a refund? Will this happen again?

It sounds like you might have created a second account and you're paying for both of them. In that case, I'd recommend  checking out this Support article for tips on how to find your accounts. I'd also recommend looking at this Spotify Answer for more help with this. Also note you can always check out Spotify's refund policy here.
