My Question or Issue
My Spotify payment was taken out of my Monzo account and then also from my hsbc account. I have never given Spotify my Monzo account details! Why was my payment taken twice? How do I get a refund? Will this happen again?

It sounds like you might have created a second account and you're paying for both of them. In that case, I'd recommend checking out this Support article for tips on how to find your accounts.
