I Don't know why but two amounts are being taken from my account each month. I only use Spotify on my phone and have one account. This is a mess up your end and would like to be reimbursed for the excess money you have taken from my account. I have been ignore by your team on Twitter after 3 tweets and I am fuming.

This is odd. I'd suggest you use the contact form so that a member of the Spotify staff can look into this. Please make sure to reply to any automated email you'll receive, even if it's a no-reply. Support usually gets back withing 24-48 hours.
