Payment through Vodafone generated an issue: I lost my Premium account

Payment through Vodafone generated an issue: I lost my Premium account

According to my provider the monthly subscription to Spotify premium has been correctly paid (as for the last 12 months now).
I have tried to follow the FAQs thus reinstalled Spotify and cleaned the cache but still cannot switch to Premium unless I pay via credit card.
Please Spotify support help me!
I need to listen to my music in peace!
